Week One

Welcome to our very first week together. Let's get a few housekeeping items out of the way. 

  1. Have you joined our Facebook Group? If not, be sure to do that HERE. Introduce yourself, say hello to the rest of the beautiful lady family, settle in.
  2. Have you done your pre-project assignment "More + Less"? If not you can download it HERE. 
  3. You will get an email every evening that will give you the following day's action step + also direct you to this site if you want to read/learn more, see videos or download PDFs. You do not have to remember to come here, just check your inbox.

Now onto our week...

This week is about our relationships, beliefs + thoughts about the things we most associate with health:

FOOD/DIET, EXERCISE + OUR BODIES

This project is about expanding our definition of health beyond diet + exercise, but before we do that you need to know where you stand when it comes to diet + exercise.

We are going to look at each of these areas to gather information + do what is best for YOU. We will use new words like nourishment, we will have some real talk (not crazy fear mongering talk) about sugar, learn about digestion, learn about balancing the body-mind for this season, get some sleep, stop expecting exercise to make us skinny, but do it anyway + learn how to start appreciating the body you have TODAY.
